13 Years Ago....Today

Today is Taylor's 13th BIRTHDAY!! It's hard to believe he is a teenager today! It just seems like yesterday I was awaiting his arrival. These last 13 yrs have been very rewarding & challenging with many laughs!! I am lucky have such a wonderful son! He has grown up to be a very good kid...one that I am very proud of.

Top Right...Left...Top Left....Center

I bet you are wondering how Lacrosse and "top right...left...top left...center" go together?

Well - Taylor has started a new sport this season - LACROSSE (LAX). Not really new to us because LAX is very popular were we are from in Virginia. But the sport is rather new to this area. Lebanon LAX Club is in it's second season.

This is what they call a "Face Off".

Taylor the "GOALIE"

I thought that I would share a few pictures of his first game ....He plays the position of GOALIE (in this game) he's #26. So the title of my entry today is what he has to yell to the Middies and Attack/Defenders (the boys below with the long sticks are defenders) while playing the game. This way they know where the ball is on the field at all times. The Goalie has a better view of where the ball is then the other players.

We played two games Tuesday evening. Taylor played both games the entire time. We lost our first game 2-1 and our second game we won 3-1. He did an awesome job for his first time as GOALIE!

They get a little rough at times...
